The new “Lieblingsort” apartment (completion March 2023) is equipped with every comfort—it leaves nothing to be desired.

It features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a closet. The floors are covered with wood-look vinyl and feature comfortable underfloor heating. All the windows can be blacked out, and each bedroom has a smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you wouldn’t want to do without even on vacation (refrigerator with freezer compartment, Bosch Tassimo coffee pod machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, and much more).
The living area, with its comfortable corner sofa and armchair, is perfect for cozy game nights. Here, too, a smart TV ensures top-notch entertainment.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, towel warmer, and hair dryer, is fully equipped. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are available in the storage room.

The sunny terrace is furnished with a table, comfortable chairs, and a parasol; there is also a private lawn area and a second terrace.

A private parking space and a storage shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles are also available.

Dogs are welcome upon request.

Free Wi-Fi is available (on-site registration required). (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.)

There is a communal dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

We can now offer charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsiel Canal Park (payment based on usage), but we cannot guarantee continuous or unlimited availability.

The accommodations Lütten Uttied, Malte, and Nordseebrise; other accommodations in Grachtenpark II include Grachtensteern, Grachtentied, TiefSinn, Unnerdack, Perle Robbe, Schnack-Stuuv, Seepferdchen, and WATT a feeling.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location, with access to the canals, offers a beautiful view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal spot for a relaxing vacation by the water.

You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
