Nestled in a private Fort Lauderdale community, you are a short drive from the beaches, Las Olas Blvd, and FLL Airport. Our Villa Manager, Nely, provides a personal welcome walkthrough, and our property manager is on-call to provide local recommendations or answer questions.

Getting Around: Free private parking for up to 4 cars. Uber/ride-shares are readily available.
Security: Exterior 24-hour security cameras and interior noise monitors (non-recording, for city compliance) are in place for your safety.
Extras: Concierge services (yacht rentals, private chef, etc.) are available for an additional cost.
To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please respect the following house rules.
• Guests: A maximum of 12 guests are permitted on the property.
• Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
• Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are permitted inside the villa.
• Pets: We are happy to welcome pets.
• Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am daily.
• Security: For your safety, the property is monitored by 24-hour security cameras on the exterior perimeter only. There are also noise monitors in the common areas to comply with city ordinances (these do not record sound, only measure decibel levels).
• Dock Usage: The private dock is available for use for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to arrange access.
• Commercial Use: Commercial photography and filming are allowed, but please discuss this with us prior to booking.
• Only pre-approved vendors authorized by Luxuri are permitted on the property. For security and quality assurance purposes, we do not allow any vendors or service providers who have not been reviewed and approved through our official Luxuri process.
