The Rooms - The main residence at Saint Patrick Palace features four spacious bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to accommodate families and groups with comfort and style. You’ll find a total of three king beds and two queen beds, each dressed in crisp white linens, light comforters, and equipped with a smart alarm clock for added convenience. The grand master suite offers a private living room and a luxurious master bathroom, providing a peaceful retreat within the estate. Two of the upstairs bedrooms share a guest bathroom, perfect for family or close friends. The remaining bedrooms each feature their own private en suite bathrooms for added privacy. A full guest bathroom, located downstairs near the living room, offers additional convenience for shared spaces.

Outdoor - A large, heated pool with a paved outdoor patio, complemented by plenty of seating, good lighting, a charcoal grill, and warm weather, transforms the outdoor living space into the perfect place to gather and unwind. Private balconies and 2,000 square feet of a wrap-around veranda offer unlimited opportunities to relax in the fresh air.

Laundry Room – The estate comes equipped with two washers/dryers, an iron, and an ironing board for guests’ use. Please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay.

Guest Cottage – A retreat within a retreat, this separate home features one upstairs bedroom with a king bed, a downstairs living space with a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. It also has a private balcony and porch, where you can enjoy the South Florida sunsets.

ESTATE RULES:

To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests, please review the following property policies:

* Pets are allowed with a $100 fee for one pet or $150 for multiple pets. Payment details will be provided after booking.

* Commercial photo/video shoots or any media publication are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the property owner.

* We do not maintain a lost and found. Please double-check the property before departure to ensure you have all personal belongings.

* A $300 late check-out fee will apply if the property is not vacated by the agreed departure time.

* Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. A $250 fee will be charged if any smoke traces or ashes are detected at check-out.

* The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old.
