Welcome to Sunset Ridge Villa!

Escape to comfort and relaxation in our beautifully furnished 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation villa, thoughtfully designed for families and groups. The villa offers three bedrooms with Queen beds and two themed children’s bedrooms, each featuring two twin beds. The two children’s rooms conveniently share a bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms enjoy private bathroom access.

The separate dining room provides elegant seating for up to 6 guests, creating the perfect setting for family dinners and memorable evenings together. Guests will also find a charming bookshelf stocked with a selection of Dutch-language books.

At the heart of the home is the fully equipped open-concept kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances, a breakfast bar with bar stools, and a cozy breakfast nook with seating for 4 guests. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the stylish living room, which is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the comforts of home.

Each bedroom has been individually decorated with its own unique character and style. The children’s bedrooms include subtle Disney-themed touches, adding a little extra magic for younger guests visiting the nearby attractions.

Step outside through the sliding glass doors to your private screened pool area. Relax under the covered lanai, soak up the Florida sunshine on the spacious pool deck, or enjoy a refreshing swim in the large private pool — perfect for family fun or peaceful afternoons floating in the sun. Direct access from the pool area to the master bathroom adds extra convenience during pool days.

The pool area enjoys sunshine for most of the day, with the sun reaching the terrace around 11:00 AM and beautiful sunset views in the evening. The screened enclosure allows you to comfortably enjoy outdoor living without being bothered by insects, even after dark.

*For your safety: There are pool alarms on each door, there's no safety fence.*

One of the villa’s most unique features is the peaceful open view from the pool deck overlooking a protected retention area, providing added privacy and a tranquil natural backdrop.

🔑 Good to Know

This is a self-catering vacation home. To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including:

• 1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 trash bags
• 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods
• Small dish detergent and hand soaps

Guests are encouraged to purchase any additional supplies needed during their stay, including toiletries, paper products, coffee, and coffee filters.

Please note that daily housekeeping service is not included.

*The washer and dryer are located in the garage, there's no games room*

• No smoking inside the home or pool area
(Minimum $350 + tax cleaning fee if violated)
• No pets allowed
(Violation may result in additional fees and eviction without refund)
• No parties or events
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• The lead guest must remain present throughout the stay
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
(Community enforced)

Failure to comply with house rules may result in eviction without refund and additional charges for damages or violations.

BBQ grills are not provided, but rental options are available upon request. Please note that grills are not permitted indoors or inside the screened pool enclosure.
