Just a few hundred meters from the beach promenade and the gorgeous, fine-sand beach, this quietly located apartment is situated in one of Binz’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Here, you can go for a walk whenever you like, cool off in the ocean, or simply relax and unwind.

The spa gardens with the Haus des Gastes, the Binz pier, and the town center with its wide variety of shopping options and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.

You can use the washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement for a fee.

The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.

Our 2-room Apartment 5 offers 50 square meters of space for up to 4 people. A fully equipped kitchenette is integrated into the living/dining area.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax. The sofa bed can be easily converted into a cozy sleeping area for 2 additional guests.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 m double bed and a closet.
You can access the balcony from the bedroom.
Enjoy your breakfast in the spacious dining area or on your balcony.

Of course, the vacation rental also includes a bathroom with a shower.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
