Vacation Apartment 11 is a 4-room apartment on the first floor, with approximately 95.00 m² of living space, and is ideal for 2 adults with children. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in Apartment 11.
The apartment is laid out as follows: 2 bedrooms, 12 m² and 25 m².
The smaller bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, 0.90 m x 2.00 m.
The larger bedroom features a double bed, 1.80 m x 2.00 m.
The living room, 31 m², is furnished with a seating area that includes a pull-out bed (1.40 m x 2.0 m), a flat-screen TV, and a CD radio. Kitchen, 9.0 m², with a dining table (
) for 4–6 people, a built-in kitchen with a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, dishes, and a radio. Hallway 12 m² and bathroom 6 m² with toilet, bathtub, and shower. For groups of more than 4 people, there are 2 sleeping accommodations in the living room.



Built around 1910 and completely renovated in 2000, Villa Rügen is conveniently located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Binz, just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Since summer 2009, the half-timbered house Anna (on the same property), located directly next to the Binz Spa Park following extensive renovation, has been available for booking.
The vacation apartments offer a beautiful view of the old Granitz beech forest or the Spa Park. You can reach Granitz and the spa park in 1 minute on foot. The fine-sand beach of Binz Bay or the town center is a 3-minute walk away. Schmachter Lake or the pier is a 4-minute walk away.
