This beautiful, spacious Odenwald attic vacation rental with a balcony is located in a single-family home on a quiet street with no traffic. Thanks to the apartment’s south-facing orientation, you’ll enjoy sun all day long and a beautiful view when the weather is nice. From the loggia, you can observe wildlife (deer, foxes, hares). Pets are not allowed; a parking space is available. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, and a dining area for 4 people. Adjacent to it is a Chippendale-style dining room. The living room features a sofa set (including a sleeper for two) with a Smart TV and Sky connection. The three rooms form an open-concept space. Adjacent to this living area are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. Our apartment was completely renovated in 2021, including entirely new bedroom furnishings. If needed, the apartment is accessible via a stairlift. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Rimhorn is a district of the municipality of Lützelbach in the southern part of the beautiful Odenwald. From Rimhorn toward Höchst im Odenwald lies the Obrunn Gorge / Fairy Tale Trail, featuring numerous miniature buildings with many details worth seeing—an attractive destination for families with children. The Odenwald is characterized by a wide variety of cultural, sporting, and culinary offerings. There are numerous activities available here, with something for everyone.
