It leads directly to the elegant pier and the beautiful beach, which are about 200 meters from Villa Rosa. The brightly decorated 2-room apartment 13 “Wellnesszeit” is situated in a quiet location on the 2nd floor; the balcony faces a sunny southwest. A unique feature of Villa Rosa is its stylish wellness area with a sauna, steam room, and relaxation room.

The 2-room non-smoking apartment “Wellnesszeit” is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The living area is approximately 54 m² and is suitable for up to 2 people. The furnished balcony, complete with a parasol, faces a sunny south/west direction and is the perfect spot to relax. The spacious living room features a dining area, tasteful white furnishings, and a couch. The adjacent, open-concept kitchen area includes a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pod coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), hand blender, egg cooker, and various kitchen utensils. The living area is rounded out by a 48-inch smart TV, a Bose soundbar with Bluetooth, a digital radio with a CD player and Bluetooth, as well as a collection of games and books for when the weather isn’t cooperating. Wi-Fi is included and available throughout the apartment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable slatted frames, nightstands, a flat-screen TV, and a Bluetooth DAB radio alarm clock by Teufel. The closet is located in the adjacent dressing room. Blackout, coated sheer curtains in the living and sleeping areas ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in glass shower, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a washing machine, a toilet, and a sink. Two storage rooms provide ample space for luggage and other items. They also contain various cleaning supplies, an ironing board and iron, and a clothes drying rack. Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures a comfortable temperature. The wellness area (for a fee), located on the first floor, features a Finnish sauna, a steam room, and a stylish relaxation area. You can purchase tokens upon request during your vacation. Parking space No. 13 (entry height 2.00 m) is located in the underground garage (double parking space: up to 1.80 m in height, 5.00 m in length, and 2 t in weight) and is suitable for sedans and station wagons (up to 1.80 m in height and 1.90 m in width). You can store your bicycles in the building’s bicycle storage room. A small pet (no cats) with its own sleeping area is a welcome guest for a fee. A food and water bowl and a dog bed are also available. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 bath towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
