The Loft (Inside Third Bedroom): Accessible from within the third bedroom, via a built-in library ladder. Unique loft space features an additional ground-floor Queen mattress, perfect for extra guests.

Hallway Bathroom: Conveniently located off the hallway, this full shared bathroom includes a shower and bathtub setup, complete with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Elevated Deck: A spacious, beautifully appointed outdoor living space optimized for sunset relaxation with a cozy industrial chic seating area.

Outdoor Grounds & Parking:
The Backyard & Porch: Step outside to a covered back porch with seating and an expansive, manicured lawn. Unwind around either our ambient gas fire pit or the traditional charcoal fire pit/grill (please note: charcoal is not provided).

Garage & Parking Rules: Guests are welcome to utilize the garage, which safely accommodates 2 regular-sized vehicles. Up to 3 additional vehicles can park on the driveway. Please note that there is a strict maximum limit of 5 cars per stay, and street parking is absolutely prohibited at all times.

Important Safety Note:For safety reasons, an adult must be present at all times when children are utilizing the loft area and/or the outside deck.
Stays of 28 days or more require a mandatory biweekly mid-stay cleaning fee of $210, billed every 14 days.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire home, including the expansive backyard, covered back porch, elevated sunset deck, and the 2-car garage plus parking space on driveway.
Make yourself completely at home and enjoy all the indoor and outdoor amenities during your stay.
Please note that one locked owner's closet on the main floor is reserved for housekeeping supply storage and will remain inaccessible to guests.
For your convenience, a vacuum robot is available on-site for you to use during your stay if needed.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

Our house has its original bones, all the metal beams that are part of the structure have been refinished. However, they might be some sharp edges, so for your safety avoid hanging from any beam.

The third bedroom, located on the second story features a unique loft space accessed via a library ladder. Please ensure you do not exceed the 200 lb weight limit and confirm the safety locks are in place before climbing. The loft area is secured with a metal railing.

The second-story balcony is accessible either directly through the third bedroom or via the exterior backyard staircase. The space is fully enclosed with a sleek, modern cable railing system. For safety reasons, strict adult supervision is required at all times for minors utilizing either the balcony or the indoor loft area.

To comply with local city ordinances and ensure the safety of our neighborhood, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy anywhere on the property premises, both inside and outside.
