Very comfortable stay! South Haven had a hot streak during our stay and AC kept up! The backyard seating area was nice but it was really too hot to enjoy!A bit of walk to beach but doable. Overall, we were pleased!

Dawn’s home is beautiful & was a great peaceful place to stay! We did not use any of the backyard amenities but it did look very nice! She is also a great host and we enjoyed our stay! 10/10

House was what we needed. Walking distance to downtown, though certainly on the edge at about 1 mile walk into town. Very clean for an older home. Only complaint on the hotter summer days we were there, the air conditioning didn’t seem to reach upstairs and only one of the two rooms has a window unit upstairs to keep it cool. Overall would recommend and really appreciated how much the host communicated!

This property was perfect for our family except one of the upstairs room was very hot with no air conditioning. The house was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The backyard was not mowed so we could not play croquet or corn hole. But the patio was lovely and the gardens were beautiful! There is a little front porch which is perfect for sitting and enjoying coffee in the morning. The place was very clean!

Lawncare was there before your check-in and check out when you left, Grass was perfect for the many lawn games. I take pride in making my guests happy. Adorable home and easy access to all of South Haven. We stayed here for a family wedding weekend and it was perfect! Dawn is an excellent host who offered prompt communication during our entire stay. We loved it !

Great stay over 4th of July weekend

We loved our stay! Ease of check in, well stocked and close to everything! Could use more towels on hand but overall didnt need for much.

South Haven long weekend

Very comfortable place to stay. Had all the things we needed and close to the charming downtown of South Haven and it’s beautiful beaches. Highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for your wonderful review. South Haven is the perfect vacation spot and my cottage is in a great location, close to everything the beach and downtown shopping. I provide everything for your basic needs, to make your stay comfortable but you cannot bring camper trailers to the neighborhood.

This was a great house that accommodated all of our needs. Location was very close to town. We appreciated all of the amenties that made our stay very comfortable. Backyard was great for family gatherings.

Cozy with everything you need to have fun!

House has everything you need for a nice, relaxing getaway. Location was great, close to town and a short drive to south beach! Would stay again for sure!
