The FeWo is in Nideggen-Schmidt and lies in the Rur-Eifel, above the Rursee. In the near surroundings are the well-known resorts like Heimbach (approx. 10km) and Monschau (approx. 20km). But also the bigger cities like Aachen and Cologne are worth an excursion. You will find the typical Eifel beeches and coniferous forests right next to the house.

Located directly at the Eifel Nature Park, the location offers ideal conditions for leisure and relaxation. The object is only 4 km away from one of the largest dams in Germany, the Rursee, a very demanding water, especially for sailors. But also for hikers and bikers there are best possibilities. Directly at the house begins a huge forest area.
