The "Alte Teestube" vacation rental, Apartment No. 42, is centrally located on Viktoriastraße, at the corner of Strandstraße, with a view of the sea.

The apartment consists of a living room/bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony facing the sea. To ensure plenty of space to move around inside the apartment, the fold-out bed in the closet can be easily folded away.
Another amenity offered by the apartment building is the swimming pool, which is available to guests free of charge. An important note for potential visitors is that the swimming pool may be partially closed during the annual renovation in January/February. There is also a sauna available for use with coins. Similarly, the shared washing machine and dryer require coins to operate.

The beach is located directly in front of the apartment building. Restaurants and other shopping options are available within a radius of approximately 500 meters. A bicycle parking area is located in the courtyard of the apartment building.

The swimming pool is closed from 02.02.2025 through 16.02.2025.
