The "Maison N° 1" vacation rental is located in the "Villa Vie" building. The building is on Knyphausenstraße. "Maison N° 1" spans two floors—the basement and the mezzanine. With approximately 95 square meters of space, the apartment can accommodate up to five people. The beach is only about 250 meters away. Several restaurants, cafes, and other shopping options are also just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment’s furnishings are modern, stylish, and of high quality. The rooms are bright and inviting, with an emphasis on natural colors. The apartment has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double box-spring beds, while the third bedroom features a single bed and its own bathroom, providing added comfort. Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower and a towel warmer. In addition to a small terrace, the apartment also has a balcony accessible from one of the bedrooms. The open-concept kitchen is modern and fully equipped and features a dining area that flows into the living area. Dogs are welcome in this apartment. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
