The "Salzbrause Steuerbord" vacation apartment is located in the new wing of the "Deck 17" apartment building on Sommerdeich in Marienstraße. This vacation apartment was completed in 2021 and offers the highest level of comfort and state-of-the-art amenities. The building has an elevator. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both of which are furnished with a double bed. The living room, which includes a kitchenette and dining area, provides access to the rooftop terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

The apartment is characterized by a quiet yet central location. It is situated between the old spa park at Napoleonschanze and the new spa park at Schwanenteich—two beautiful green spaces. The “Kap Hoorn” children’s playhouse and free outdoor fitness equipment are also located in the immediate vicinity. The Kurplatz and the shops in the city center are just a short distance away and easily accessible on foot or by bike. The pedestrian and bike path along the Sommerdeich runs right past the building.

Public parking spaces are located diagonally across from the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building. Dogs are allowed in this apartment. A maximum of 1 dog is permitted (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
