Kaiserhof 3.02 "Lüttje Leev"

The "Kaiserhof 3.02 'Lüttje Leev'" vacation rental is located in the "Kaiserhof" apartment building, which sits at the corner of Bismarckstraße and Kaiserstraße. The building is right on the water, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can accommodate up to 2 people. The building has an elevator.

The apartment’s interior design features bright and cheerful colors. The separate bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The kitchen in the living area is equipped with a classic coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a toaster. The living room is furnished with a couch, a rocking chair, and a swivel-mounted flat-screen TV. For younger guests, there is a cozy sleeping alcove in the living area (0.80 m x 1.80 m; see photos). The apartment’s balcony faces east and offers a side view of the sea. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
