The "Kaiserhof 5.08" vacation rental is a one-room apartment located on the fifth floor of the "Kaiserhof" apartment building. The building is right on the water, just a few steps from the beach. The center of the island, with several restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people (ideal for couples). The building has an elevator.

The living/sleeping/kitchen area features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an American-style dining table, and a double bed. The bathroom has a shower. From the balcony, you have a side view of the sea. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee, controllable via an app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
