The "Kaiserhof 5.05" vacation rental is a one-room apartment located on the fifth floor of the "Kaiserhof" apartment building. The building is right on the waterfront, just a few steps from the beach. The town center, with several restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment sleeps up to 2 people (ideal for couples). The building has an elevator.

Apartment 5.05 was renovated in the fall of 2019 with new, smooth wood-look flooring. The living/sleeping area features a double bed. The entryway, which also serves as a hallway and kitchen, has been equipped with a fully functional built-in kitchen. The apartment’s bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The apartment also features a balcony. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not permitted in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
