The "Kaiserhof 6.12" vacation rental is located in the "Kaiserhof" apartment building, which is situated at the corner of Bismarckstraße and Kaiserstraße. The building is right on the water, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment is on the sixth floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The building has an elevator.

The separate bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has two fold-out beds that can accommodate up to two additional guests. The fold-out beds, which can be neatly stowed away during the day, ensure plenty of space to move around inside the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a balcony with a side view of the sea. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via app). Additionally, there is a sauna available, which also operates with coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the vacation rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
