The "Kaiserhof 6.05" vacation rental is located in the "Kaiserhof" apartment building, which is situated at the corner of Bismarckstraße and Kaiserstraße. The building is right on the water, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment is on the sixth floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The building has an elevator. As the “big sister” of Apartment 1.14, Apartment 6.05 can be combined with Apartment 1.14.

The apartment has two balconies. One offers a side view of the sea to the west, while the other offers a southern view across the island all the way to the lighthouse. Inside the apartment, great care was taken to ensure high-quality furnishings. The entire interior was renovated as recently as 2017. The built-in furniture was crafted and installed by a carpenter. The bedroom features a double bed, and the living room has a sleeper sofa (with spring mattress). A travel crib can be provided for the youngest guests.

The apartment comes with one of the few parking spaces at the Kaiserhof. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
