The "Kaiserhof 8.02/03 (Penthouse)" vacation rental is located in the "Kaiserhof" apartment building, which is situated at the corner of Bismarckstraße and Kaiserstraße. The building is right on the ocean, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment is on the eighth floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The building has an elevator.

The apartment features a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a couch, a kitchen, a dining area, a second sleeping area with a bunk bed and a couch, and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower, and the other has a shower and a corner bathtub. A highlight is the terrace (rooftop terrace), which extends along the south, west, and north (ocean) sides. From there, you can look directly out at the ocean.

In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which operates via coin-operated machine. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. You’re also welcome to bring your four-legged friend, as the vacation rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
