Perfect wedding weekend, family home away from home, vacation or stay-cation getaway!
The space This designer-furnished, two-bedroom, two full-bath (including a master en-suite), with two additional baths, comfortably sleeps four guests.
Sleeping arrangements include:
A Queen Bed in the master bedroom (sleeps 2 adults) A Queen Bed in the 2nd room (sleeps 2 adults)

No minors under the age of 18 should be on the property alone without adult supervision at any time.
No smoking is permitted inside the house, however there is an outdoor smoking area. PLEASE be mindful of properly disposing of cigarette butts.
This is a very quiet neighborhood and due to the location of the Villa perched above the ocean bluffs and the canyon behind the Villa, sound travels. Music needs to be at comfortable / respectable levels, both inside and outside. No outdoor music is allowed after 9pm and doors/windows must be shut if you plan on playing reasonable, background music indoors after 9pm. This is NOT a "party house". No loud parties or loud gatherings are allowed, especially in the evenings. If you are looking to plan for a daytime gathering (such as a BBQ or pool time), or perhaps a respectable evening dinner, please message us with the details and include the number of people expected and the time. Any approved non-overnight guests must depart by 9:00 PM.
Up to 2 cars can park in the driveway. For additional car parking, you can park on the main street which is a 1 min walk to the Villa.
ABSOLUTELY ZERO TOLERANCE: no drugs--recreational, illegal or otherwise--are permitted for any reason, at any time, in, on or around the property or neighborhood. Alcohol is permitted on the property, but we do ask for one to use their best judgement and discretion to respect the surrounding atmosphere and neighborhood while occupying the villa. No glass, toys around the pool area, and no running around or jumping into the pool. Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
No pets allowed on property. On occasion we may make exception for small pets or service animals, pls inquire and provide details for fees.
Outdoor cameras are installed for security purposes. No tampering, obstructing or disabling allowed.
