This Newly remodeled 1 bedroom with King bed has everything you need! Just bring your suitcase and toothbrush! Central A/C and heat! Walker Zanger tile in bathroom and Brizo shower! Balcony has Ocean views with an outdoor deck. Kitchen has full Thermador stove and oven. Miele dishwasher, Bosch washer & dryer. French door refrigerator. Brand new 55" Sony OLED TV. Downstairs has a gated sitting area with Ocean views! Amazing sunsets for dining or cocktails. We're only 1 block to the Ocean and 2 blocks to downtown Manhattan Beach. 1 Block to basketball and Tennis courts. Beach accessories include, surfboard, chairs, towels, blankets, cooler etc... This also includes a garage space for 1 car and 2-3 shared parking spaces with the downstairs studio.

Great place!

So cute, updated and in a wonderful walk to town location. Everything very clean and the host was very responsive. Will definitely stay again next time we're in town.

Perfect location for walking to beach, restaurants & shopping. Parked the car in garage & didn’t use it during our 2 week stay. Nicely appointed unit with well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy bed. Owners are lovely people. Look forward to a return visit.

Clean and Good location

The owner was super accommodating for our allergy needs and went above and beyond. The place was very clean. The location is super convenient. The space is quite small though so its great for one person or a couple.

Perfect Manhattan Beach Pad

Our stay was perfect. The host is very responsive and we enjoyed the extras like make up wipes, sunscreen, drinks and snack- nice touch! The location is perfect! Stunning view of ocean, walk to shops and restaurants and beach. Absolutely recommend and will stay here again!

Perfect Location

Not only was the location great for visiting downtown Manhattan Beach, but the unit was extremely clean and well furnished. We’ve rented in MB for years and this was the best.

Perfect place in Manhattan Beach!

We absolutely loved staying at Brian's place. It is in a perfect location, exceptionally clean, has everything you could ever want including having every switch and remote labeled! The parking spot was behind helpful when we had LA area friends come to meet us over the holiday weekend. We will definitely stay here again!

The perfect beach house!

Above and beyond!!!

This place was amazing for our family of 4. Great location. It truly is steps from the pier and beach. Extremely clean and the accommodating. We met the host a few days in, and they were extremely welcoming and very pleasant. This place is highly recommended. Our family has stayed in MB multiple times in the last few years. This was our best stay yet.

Amazing experience

We booked this trip on short notice, and everything turned out even better than expected. Brian, the owner, was fantastic—super helpful and always quick to respond. His communication made the whole process easy and stress-free.The rental itself was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. You can tell it’s well cared for. One of the best parts was the location—just a short walk to the Manhattan Beach Pier, which made it easy to enjoy the beach, local shops, and restaurants without ever needing to drive.Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend at the beach!

We had such a great stay! The home is clean, well equipped, and a joy to stay in. Everything you could want to use for the beach is included. The garage with a parking space was so important and the owner texted to make sure we were comfortable. The house is completely new and everything was so nice! We will be back!

Fantastic home and host!

Everything was perfect for our stay. Brian is the best host we’ve ever encountered. His home is stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. And it’s super clean. We rented the downstairs studio too (3 adults, 1 toddler) and it was nice to have the extra space. The location can’t be beat, it’s a very quick walk to downtown. We will stay again next time we’re in town!

Best Vrbo place I’ve ever stayed in!

This was honestly the very best VRBO stay I’ve ever had. I was in Manhattan Beach for a week for work with my family. I didn’t want to stay in a hotel for that long so contemplated renting a place. I was hesitant to do Vrbo due to past experiences but decided to give it a shot. I’m super happy I did. This place was immaculate, every detail was thought of and Brian the host was utterly amazing. Attentive, kind and checked in with me that everything was good. I’ll definitely stay in any place Brian has!!! Thank you so much Brian!

Amazing Attention to Detail

I’ve stayed at dozens of places in Manhattan Beach, and this was hands-down my favorite. The location is amazing, as it is a short walk to the beach or anywhere else you may wish to go. The most impressive part about the property is how clean it is, and how well it was recently remodeled. The attention to detail here is really amazing. The hosts are also very friendly people, and the communication was outstanding.

Incredible

I cannot speak highly enough of our stay. The home was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen was very high-end and the bathroom, although on the smaller size, was high-end as well. Even the medicine cabinet had "emergency" supplies to hold you over in case you forgot to pack anything. The bed was very comfortable and seemed extremely large for a king-sized bed. The location was perfect and just a short walk to downtown MB and the beach. The communication with Brian was outstanding, even checking on us during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!

Wonderful Ocean side Apartment in Manhattan Beach!!

I first want to say Brian, the Host, is the absolute best to communicate with. He is prompt and so helpful. This immaculate little spot by the beach is incredible! I have stayed in the studio VRBO below & now just finished staying in the one bedroom apartment that is above the studio. I could not be more impressed with the amenities, the ocean view and the wonderful vibes this cute place holds. It is literally 2 blocks up from one of the cleanest and most precious beaches of LA. Manhattan Beach is filled with wonderful shops and eateries. The Strand is where you can walk along the beach and look at the incredible views of the ocean or the magnificent homes that are along the ocean. It is just a fun place to be. I love visiting Manhattan Beach I come here often and this special place is just the place to stay while visiting Manhattan Beach or LA or any of the surrounding areas. Brian’s place is perfect!

Christmas in Manhattan Beach

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. Sunset views from the balcony are fabulous. Brian was the perfect host and the property had everything you could possibly need! Looking forward to our next visit!
