The apartment is fully equipped, sleeps up to 2 people, and is the perfect starting point for excursions into the Bavarian Forest National Park. Relax and make yourself at home. The vacation rental at Nickis Gleis is located 42 km from Passau and offers accommodations with free Wi-Fi and free parking. The town center is just a few minutes’ walk away. The summer toboggan run and the outdoor pool are a 10-minute walk away, and the Babalu indoor sports hall is a 15-minute walk away. Thanks to our central location in the Bavarian Forest and our proximity to the national park, there are a wide variety of leisure activities to enjoy. For example: the Bärenwelle outdoor pool complex with a wave pool and water slides, a summer toboggan run, the Grafenau Bäreal spa park with extensive walking trails, a children’s playground, a skate park, a Kneipp facility, and mini-golf. The Mitterdorf family ski area features ski slopes and cross-country trails of varying difficulty levels, and of course, hiking opportunities in the immediate and wider surroundings to suit all preferences. Payment is due via bank transfer in advance. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Access is via the stairwell; there is no elevator. Pets are allowed upon request. A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax (3.00 EUR per person per night for guests 16 and older; 1.60 EUR for guests aged 6–15) is charged separately on-site.
