The lower level, with 54 m² of living space, features an open-concept layout. Here you’ll find a spacious, well-equipped open kitchen, a dining area for four people, and a living room with a TV, a Bluetooth-enabled soundbar, and a wood-burning fireplace for coziness on cool days. Large glass doors lead out to two separate, south-facing balconies. One balcony is furnished with a dining table for four people; the second, adjacent to the kitchen, is equipped with a Beefer, which you can use not only for grilling but also for baking pizza. Also located on this level is a bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet, bathtub, and washing machine.
