Haus Atlantis am Edersee

In a vacation home located about 100 meters from the lake (at full capacity), we offer you a relaxing and upscale vacation spread over two floors. Unwind while enjoying the unobstructed panoramic view of the beautiful Lake Eder! The property is quietly situated on a residential street. The 800 m² garden is fully fenced. There are 4 parking spaces available on the property. The swimming area (Bringhausen swimming pier—swim shoes recommended) is just a few minutes’ walk away. The vacation home was completely renovated in 2018 and refurbished in 2021. A wraparound balcony with seating, a large adjoining terrace, and a beach chair invite you to gather together, relax, or sunbathe. Insect screens on the windows and doors have also been provided. Bicycles, SUPs, or other sports equipment can be stored safely in a garage. The house is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and is child-friendly. Dogs are welcome.



Haus Atlantis on Lake Eder:

The house is built into the hillside and is fully equipped. The rooms are spread across two full floors—both floors can be accessed via a front door but are also connected by a staircase inside the house. You can use free guest Wi-Fi on site. Electricity, water, linens, and final cleaning are also included in the price. If needed, a travel crib and/or a bed rail can be provided. A high chair is also available in the house.

Ground Floor: Next to the hallway is the bathroom, which features a sink, toilet, and a bathtub with a shower. Two hand towels and one bath towel per person are included in the price. A hair dryer is provided. There is also a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide). The washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge.

Upper Floor: Here you’ll find a guest restroom, the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a dining area and TV, as well as two bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a SodaStream, a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, an espresso machine with a pod holder, a coffee maker, a toaster, and plenty of dishes and silverware. A small kitchen kit consisting of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a dishcloth, and dish towels is provided free of charge upon arrival.
The loft is accessible via a staircase. It has a lower ceiling height but is perfectly suited for children as a play area. An additional fourth double bed (1.40 m wide) can be used for reading, cuddling, or sleeping. The loft is stocked with a variety of toys for girls and boys—there’s sure to be something exciting for everyone. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Eder from the living room and kitchen. The wraparound balcony is accessible from the living room. It opens onto a large covered terrace. Garden furniture and a grill are provided.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
