Cozy and uniquely furnished vacation rental, newly built, spread over 2 floors. Amenities: large kitchen/living room, shower, storage room, private garden area and parking space, private entrance, heated floors, bed linens and towels, two TVs (SMART), radio/CD player, fiber-optic internet connection, crib and high chair, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, and cleaning supplies. On our beautiful thatched-roof farmstead, we’ve built a very cozy and uniquely designed vacation apartment for you, which is now ready for you to move in. The approximately 90m² apartment spans two floors and is suitable for 2 to 5 people. Downstairs, you’ll find a large kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a shower, a coat closet, and a storage room. On the upper floor is a spacious living area. Here, you’ll find a corner sofa that converts into a bed. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed, an additional sleeping option (single bed), and a half-bath with a sink. In addition, we provide a private garden area and a parking space on the property. Dogs are welcome here, and by arrangement, you may also bring a horse. The farm is located on the outskirts of town, so you can enjoy long walks, bike rides, or horseback rides in the peaceful, rural surroundings right from your front door. Apartment amenities: private entrance, private garden area, underfloor heating, a second TV in the bedroom (SMART), radio/CD player, fiber-optic internet connection, patio furniture including cushions, a crib and high chair, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand blender, mixer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, and cleaning supplies. Bed linens and towels included (please bring your own beach towels). There are numerous options here for interesting day trips. The North Sea islands of Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, and the Halligen, as well as the Danish west coast and Römö, are easily accessible. Other day trip destinations include the towns of Husum and Flensburg—with its fjord and Baltic Sea coastline—all the way to Kappeln (on the Schlei). The nearby small towns of Niebüll, Leck, and Süderlügum are between 4 and 7 kilometers away. In the border town of Süderlügum (4 km), shopping is available year-round, including Sundays and holidays.
