This spacious vacation home is located in the center of town and is nestled in a very idyllic setting; its banana palms create a special vacation atmosphere, It has a living area of 213 m² and is divided into two separate floors, both of which can be booked individually; this listing is for the top floor. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a modernly furnished vacation home apartment spanning approximately 98 m², which meets the high standards for a comfortable vacation for 4 people (it fulfills all criteria for a 3-star vacation rental); an extra bed for up to 2 additional guests is available. The living space in the upper apartment is divided into two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed (180 cm x 210 cm), flanked on both sides by nightstands with reading lamps. In front of each bed is a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors, offering ample storage space for your luggage. A high chair, a travel crib, and a changing table are provided free of charge for our youngest guests. The heart of the apartment is the 30 m² living and sleeping area, featuring a 30 m² rooftop terrace where you can step outside and soak up the sun, along with an integrated kitchenette and two very comfortable, spacious dining areas. After a day trip, you can relax on the pull-out sleeper sofa (2.35 m x 1.84 m) while the flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, and an USB port provides entertainment. When fully extended, the sofa offers a comfortable sleeping area for two people, measuring 174 cm x 235 cm. The open kitchen allows you to fully prepare your own meals with a four-burner stovetop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and numerous small appliances, ranging from a toaster and electric kettle to a coffee maker. For shared meals, take a seat in the spacious dining area on a corner bench with three comfortable chairs. The bathroom features a shower stall, a sink with a toilet, a hair dryer, and a bathroom window. The apartment is heated by an oil-fired heating system.
