Our lovingly renovated, detached vacation home, Dat Landhuus, is located directly on the German Fehnroute in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We are family-friendly hosts and love children. Children up to age 6 can stay with us free of charge.
Dat Landhuus has 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms with beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and one room with an extra bed measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m). One double room is located on the first floor; two double rooms and the single room are located on the upper floor. There are two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and toilet on the first floor, and another with a bathtub and toilet on the upper floor. We reserve the right not to prepare all listed bedrooms for bookings of 2 to 4 people. The selection and number of bedrooms will be arranged individually with the guest prior to arrival. A crib is available for a toddler up to 3 years old. A fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room with a stunning view of the countryside, and a cozy terrace with an awning. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun and relax, or watch the cows grazing in the meadow. A garden shed with toys (pedal tractor, scooter, slide, etc.) is available, and children have plenty of space to play and run around on the huge property. A lockable bike storage room is available.
In addition, 2 bicycles (1 of which has a child seat), 1 handcart, 1 grill, and various toys (children’s playhouse, basketball hoop) are available for use both outdoors and indoors. However, use of the bicycles must be arranged in advance. Fly screens are installed in every room.

Rhauderfehn is situated between the moor and the sea and has retained its typical “Fehn” character thanks to its kilometers-long canals and white bascule bridges. The Fehn and Maritime Museum in the beautiful Art Nouveau Graepel Villa, the historic Hahnentange Mill, and the many traditional events—such as the Town Hall Festival, the Fehntjer Market, or our corn maze from late July through late September—are just a few of the highlights in the community. The tastefully furnished vacation home “Dat Landhuus” is situated in a very rural setting in Klostermoor and offers plenty of space for families both inside the house and in the garden. The vacation home is located in Klostermoor, not far from the shopping town of Papenburg.
