Outside you have a large and a small terrace with waterfront.The approx. 100 m² garden is completely fenced in.The house is furnished with leather sofas and a high-gloss kitchen.Dishwasher, washing machine and all kitchen utensils make kitchen work fun. You don't have to do without any comfort even on holiday.The house has a bathhouse with wellness area.You can relax and unwind in the sauna or 6-person whirlpool even in bad weather. The bathhouse is also used by guests from House 1. There is an extra charge for using the sauna and whirlpool. The whirlpool can only be booked for the entire stay. Guests wishing to use our sauna must bring their own sauna towels. The bathhouse can only be used after 21:30 by arrangement with guests from House 1. The sauna and whirlpool are generally available all year round. Although the sauna and whirlpool are regularly maintained and checked, it is theoretically possible for something to break. We would therefore like to point out that there is no legal claim to the sauna and whirlpool. You can rent a bicycle at the holiday home.Please bear in mind that the holiday home is located in a rural area. There can and will be agricultural work around the property in summer. These activities can sometimes lead to unfamiliar noises.There is a video camera on the property that monitors activities when the house is unoccupied. Some attempted break-ins have made this measure necessary.If you would like to bring a dog, please enquire before booking!
