Perched on a private hillside overlooking a valley of orchards, vineyards, and pastoral properties, this two-story home offers breathtaking views through expansive windows. The design blends rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring natural wood finishes, open-concept spaces, and wraparound deck and patio areas. Inside, enjoy a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a modern kitchen, and serene bedrooms for a restful retreat.

Tucked away at the end of a winding, uphill earth driveway—just beyond a charming private bridge—this secluded two-story hillside retreat rises quietly above the valley below. Perched in an elevated position, the home offers panoramic views that stretch for miles, inviting you to pause and take it all in.

Inside, you’ll find two cozy and inviting bedrooms, perfectly suited for two couples or your family of four. The main level boasts a spacious primary suite with a queen-sized bed and an elegant 5-piece main bathroom. Upstairs, which is accessed through the outdoor staircase, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and adjacent 4-piece bathroom provides a peaceful haven, creating a layout that’s ideal for both connection and solitude.

The kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you need to feel at home: a gas stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge and separate wine cooler, and a variety of cooking essentials including spices, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. For your morning brew (or afternoon pick-me-up), take your pick between the drip coffee maker and the espresso machine.

Step outside and you’re greeted by a sweeping wooden deck and polished patios, all leading to the edge of the fenced valley ridge. Sunbathe on plush outdoor loungers, grill up dinner on the BBQ, or gather around the outdoor dining table or lounge area to savor local wine as the sun sets behind the hills.

Whether you spend your time soaking in the uninterrupted views or simply enjoying the quiet luxury of space and simplicity, this distinctive retreat invites you to unwind in complete privacy. Osoyoos and Lake:
