This property boasts over 800 square feet of indoor living, a private outdoor patio located on Tuc-el-nuit Lake in the Town of Oliver, British Columbia.

If you are looking for an executive-style accommodation where you can walk right out your front door, take a few steps into the cool spring fed water of Tuc-el-nuit Lake then look no further. Whether you want to go for a swim, kayak, paddle-board, float in the water or simply enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset this property provides you with many options to enjoy all four seasons.

The suite is stocked for you to enjoy a self-serve breakfast at your leisure. The Master suite (King-size bed) is separate from the living area and has its own air-conditioning unit. The main living has separate air conditioning, there is a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, Sofa-bed, TV, WiFi, fireplace and own BBQ on the patio.

Thinking of a winter get-a-way. You can enjoy the warmth and ambience of an indoor fireplace, enjoy the outdoor patio while you savour a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and take in the incredible constellations that often light up the skies on a clear evening.
We are an adult oriented pet free rental.

Fantastic property, hosts and stay! Very clear instructions about check in, kitchen stocked with great breakfast items, quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed the kayaking. Owners clearly take pride in their property any guest experience. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place to stay. Beautiful property right on the water. Steve and Grace are such gracious hosts. They have thought of everything. We can’t wait to stay again. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and the patio, yard, and lakefront sitting area are spectacular.

Outstanding property

Very clean, quiet and well appointed property. Being right on the lake we enjoyed the use of the SUPs provided. A convenient location for cycling, golf and winery touring.

Absolutely perfect. !!!!

This was the most amazing spot to stay- SUPER clean, quiet, and RIGHT on the water. Gorgeous view of the lake from every window. so wonderful to have home grown tomatoes and bacon and eggs etc. Probably the best vacay rental I’ve ever stayed in!!!!

Great getaway in Oliver

Everything was as advertised. Host was attentive but not obtrusive. Property was spacious and the outdoor space was beautiful. Breakfast fixings were perfect and plentiful for two people. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Fabulous Lakeside Stay

The suite was so beautifully done.My wife and I recently re-did our own kitchen and we know what quality and thoughtfulness went into making this an excellent unit to stay in.We could not have done better ourselves.Slept very well on the comfy King sized bed.A real bonus was the quietness of the unit and the ability to sit in the backyard and enjoy the peacefulness and the view of the lake.Definitely on The "Water's Edge"I made good use of the Kayaks and SUP's that were kindly provided for our use right off the back of the property.Communication with the host was excellent.We highly recommend this particular VRBO.

Perfect Oliver Suite

This location was the perfect home base for an Oliver wine taking adventure. You could not ask for more. Impeccably clean and comfortable. The views are amazing. The owners were very responsive to questions. Looking forward to another stay here!

Peaceful Paradise

Absolute perfect stay in this quiet waterfront property! We enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle boards on the lake as well as the beautiful view of the lake from the patio. The suite was very well equipped with everything but the special touches of the bottle of wine, fresh local fruit, bakery muffins and amazing butcher shop bacon and farm eggs for breakfast were over the top!! The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy! Special thanks to the hosts!

Best Ever!!

We had a great 1-week stay in Oliver. Before booking and having read over 80 on-line VRBO reviews of this place where all ratings were 10/10, we had great expectations. These were clearly totally justified and even exceeded. Indeed, based on our past rental experiences elsewhere, I would suggest that ARBO alter it rating scale and permit special establishments like this receive a score of 15 on its 10-point rating scale! Everything was above and beyond – superbly clean one-bedroom accommodation, professionally designed, modern and expertly equipped kitchen, well-stocked pantry with high-quality breakfast foodstuffs, all in a marvelous location lakeside in Oliver. Sorry we did not get a chance to meet our hosts to thank them personally - perhaps next year!

Amazing Lake Front get-away in Oliver, BC

My husband and I stayed in this executive suite for 3 nights in July 2020. The suite is brand new, was very clean and well decorated. When we arrived we were delighted to find local fruit, a bottle of wine and a welcome card from the property owners (Steve and Grace). They also stalk the fridge and pantry with the basic necessities and will contact you with your breakfast choices once you book. As wonderful the suite is...the best part of the property was the view! We enjoyed sitting on our private deck to watch the sunset, lounging by the water on the stone patio and we also took the kayaks out for a spin. This property is located close to several wineries within a 10 minute drive. It was refreshing to find a rental that we could immediately relax upon arrival. We would book this suite again in a heart beat! We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay with great hosts!

Wonderful 4 night getaway in Oliver!

This wonderful B & B is set back off the main road, so you will not see the house. We initially missed seeing the house numbers posted by the cedar hedge at the entrance to the driveway, which is between the neighbors white fence and a cedar hedge, with a bank of mailboxes across the road. We were delighted to see our slice of paradise! The location is quiet & relaxing with a gorgeous backyard on the quiet lake. The suite is beautiful, sparkling clean, with great attention to detail, & found the bed & linens very comfortable! We were welcomed with a note, wine, baked goods, fresh fruit, fridge & pantry had everything to make a nice breakfast, along with condiments & spices. We really enjoyed time on the patio, going kayaking & sitting lakeside watching the mesmerizing sunsets! Perfect location with close proximity to many wineries & restaurants. Great communication. Parking was easy. Thank you Steve & Grace for your outstanding hospitality! We had a wonderful stay. Looking forward to coming back :) Karen & Bob

Absolutely gorgeous

My husband and I spent four nights and loved every minute. The location is wonderful, close to all the best wineries in the area. The suite was very clean. Towels and sheets were soft, the bed was comfortable. The show stopper is the view. Pictures can’t do it justice. We used the provided kayaks multiple times and really the lake. Overall a wonderful place and I hope to come back sometime.

The suite was amazing had everything we could ask for. Went spent time down at the deck beside the water for coffee in the morning it was breath taking. Holly went for two swims in the lake and also kayaked (supplied by Steve)around the lake. Very restful and relaxing would love to come back again. Thanks Steve

Lovely lake front stay with kayaks and SUPs to use. Loved sitting by the lake watching the sun go down whilst enjoying a bottle of local wine. Lots of local wineries to visit. The apartment is very comfortable with lots of great touches and the breakfast items provided were plentiful. Got to watch the Grouse families crossing the lawn each night which was great. Thankyou for a lovely stay

Located on the Lake Tucelnuit this provides travellers with the option of enjoying the water from the privacy without the crowds of the larger beaches. There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy - birdwatching has quickly become a favourite past time for us.
