The heart of the home is the cozy kitchen-diner with access to the covered patio—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning or balmy summer evenings outdoors. In the adjoining living area, the comfortable sofa and reading nook invite you to relax. This level also features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and an utility room with a coin-operated washing machine.

A staircase leads up to the small loft in the attic. From here, doors open onto the second, very spacious bedroom and an additional restroom. The lovingly designed play and sleep area in the attic will quickly become a favorite spot for children—a little adventure realm with low ceilings and plenty of coziness.

A real highlight is the over 3,000 m² fully fenced-in garden—almost completely secluded and surrounded by fields. Here you’ll find a separate barbecue area and cozy seating nooks for peaceful moments in nature. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
