The vacation rental on the south side of the house is 42 square meters and features a bedroom, a living area with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a TV, and a cozy dining area. The kitchenette in the living area is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove, and a coffee maker. The balcony is accessible from the hallway. Bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, and a parking space are provided free of charge. Nestled in the heart of the Franconian Lake District, you’ll find countless recreational opportunities. There’s a large courtyard with parking, a beautiful garden featuring a garden shed and a covered outdoor seating area, a lawn for sunbathing, and a grill. In addition, our younger guests have access to several play structures, such as a sandbox, a swing, a small slide, and a ping-pong table. A lockable bike storage room is also available. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a butcher shop that sells fresh bread rolls and a grocery store. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged after booking. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib or rollaway bed is available upon request. A visitor’s tax of 1.50 EUR per person per day will be charged separately on site.
