This comfortable and very tastefully furnished vacation rental, measuring approximately 80 square meters and featuring three rooms, stands out for its quiet location. The bright and inviting living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows, includes a spacious dining area that seats 4–6 people.

In the living room area, you can relax on the large couch (which can also be used as a sleeper sofa) and the cozy armchairs. Here you’ll find a large flat-screen TV with radio.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with all modern kitchen appliances, including an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and more.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with one double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a cozy sitting area with two armchairs, as well as a flat-screen TV and radio. The children’s room features two single beds placed end-to-end (0.90 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, a desk, and a flat-screen TV with radio.

For a restful night’s sleep, the slatted frames of the beds are height-adjustable at both the head and foot ends. A third sleeping option is provided in the living room by a comfortable sleeper sofa with a slatted base, which is easy to operate and unfold. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

A small room used as a luggage storage area serves as storage space. Here you’ll also find the third closet for up to 6 guests.
