Apartment 1 on the first floor of the “Dünenblume” building is perfect for your vacation with up to four people. With a generous floor area of 85 m2, it offers plenty of space and comfort for a relaxing stay.

The apartment features a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable double bed measuring 180×200 cm. Here you’ll also find a TV, a large closet for your clothes, and convenient USB outlets for easily charging electronic devices. The second bedroom is slightly smaller but also features a double bed measuring 160×200 cm. Here, you’ll find a corner closet to store your personal belongings. There are also convenient USB outlets in this room.

The living and dining area is spacious and features two comfortable sofas and two armchairs where you can relax. There’s a large TV for your entertainment. The dining area features a dining table with chairs and offers a beautiful view of the water tower and the picturesque dunes.

The kitchen is equipped to the highest standard and leaves nothing to be desired. A large kitchen island with a 4-burner stove and a range hood allows you to cook in comfort. In the kitchen, you’ll also find a large sink, a raised oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a separate freezer, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, a hand mixer, an egg cooker, a toaster, and a kettle. In addition to various kitchen utensils and a large selection of dishes, you’ll also find a tea set so you can wind down your relaxing vacation days with a cup of East Frisian tea.

From the living area, a door leads out to the terrace. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air, listen to the sound of the waves, and spend relaxing hours soaking up the sun in a beach chair. The garden is available for shared use by all guests staying at the house.

The bathroom features a spacious shower, a double sink, a toilet, and a convenient heated towel rack. You’ll also find coat hooks and additional shelves for your personal items.

The apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request.

Guests staying in the vacation rental may use the washer and dryer located in the building’s basement.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
