Welcome to the "Sanibel" apartment in Travemünde. This lovingly furnished vacation apartment is located one block from the Baltic Sea on a quiet residential street, just about 200 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade in Travemünde.
The 46-square-meter “Sanibel” one-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residential complex and features a large living and sleeping area, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious spa-style bathroom. The balcony, which gets morning sun and offers a side view of the Baltic Sea, along with an additional 25-square-meter rooftop terrace that stays sunny well into the evening, round out this beautiful vacation apartment. An underground parking space is available to you free of charge, so you’ll always find a secure parking spot, even during peak season. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked and locked directly in the complex’s garden. The residential complex does not have an elevator.
The living and sleeping area is furnished with a sofa bed that can be easily converted into a comfortable double bed with a sleeping surface of 160x200 cm. For a cozy breakfast, you can either use the large dining table with 4 chairs in the living area or start your day on the sunny, covered balcony. In addition to a spacious closet, the living area features a radio and television, and of course, this vacation rental also offers high-speed Wi-Fi.
The small kitchen is separated from the living-sleeping area and features a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. In the kitchen cabinets, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.
The spacious bathroom features a nearly floor-level wellness shower—perfect for unwinding after a sunny day at the Baltic Sea. There is also an additional built-in closet with plenty of storage space, so everything you bring along has a place.
In the apartment’s hallway, you can also use a fold-out bed measuring 120x200 cm and close off the hallway with a sliding glass door.
And after a lovely day at the beach or an outing in the charming surrounding area, you can enjoy the red sunset in the evening from your own beach chair on the 25-square-meter rooftop terrace that belongs to the apartment.
The beach and Travemünde’s promenade are just about 200 meters away. We also provide you with your own beach chair on the beach, so you can enjoy pleasant hours in the sun even in cooler or stormy weather.
You can reach Travemünde’s downtown and pedestrian zone via the promenade in about a 15-minute walk. There you’ll find numerous boutiques, restaurants, cozy cafés, and great shopping opportunities. The supermarkets are about a 5-minute drive away.
This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
In the shared basement, a washing machine, a dryer, and a lockable laundry room for drying clothes are available for a fee.
