The Space:

Your very own garden oasis awaits at this single-level home on the desirable north end of Anna Maria Island, where you'll have a private pool with a spillover spa, an at-home putting green, and a game room - all within walking distance of stunning beaches, great restaurants, and charming shops.



The location of this home can't be beat: a few doors down from bayside beaches and about seven blocks from Bean Point Beach (a local favorite at sunset). You'll also be able to walk to Rod and Reel Pier, Anna Maria Island City Pier, and Pine Avenue's popular dining and shopping.



This home is a delight to return to after a day at the beach, with an outdoor shower waiting to rinse you off before you ease into the pool and spa. The extensive backyard also features lounge chairs, a golf green, a cornhole set, a gas grill with a shaded dining table for afternoon barbecues, and a screened lanai where you can retreat from the sun. , along with a garage game room with Ping-Pong, a mini-hoop-shoot game, and plenty of beach equipment for your enjoyment.



The interior is every bit as comfortable, offering an eat-in kitchen, an adjacent sunroom, and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Central AC and a washer/dryer are provided as well.



THINGS TO KNOW

Guests must use their own account credentials for streaming services.

Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

My family and I did a little staycation and loved the house! We have two small kiddos and they had a blast in the backyard. The house is relatively close to Pine St which has food and dessert spots and also places to shop for souvenirs. Parking at the house was super easy and there’s enough parking for a golf cart (which I recommend renting to make driving/parking easier around the island/beaches). Also, we brought our dog and the house had a fenced in yard so he could roam around freely and enjoy the trip as well. Overall, a great experience and we are excited to come back and stay again next year!!

Great house and property for a family of 4. Our son spent the early hours in the pool, our daughter spent the late hours on the nearby beach. The house was cute and quaint. Clean. All the needed amenities. Plus some add ons for the beach and backyard recreation.Some small minor flaws with painting, the front door lock may need some work in the near future. Take some mosquito repellents, they were out and about in Anna Maria in August.

Walking distance to best beach on AMI! Super clean house. Cute neighborhood. Plenty of towels and pool/beach toys. Porch and backyard were perfect. However, bunk bed was VERY flimsy. I would not recommend this house if you plan to have an adult or teenager sleep on the top bunk.

Amazing Stay

We stayed at this property for a second year in a row, and loved the improvements to the house! The pool is amazing and the property was clean and had all the amenities you would need for a week or more stay. We walked to Passage Key every day from the house (5 minute walk, if that) and were able to drive our golf cart to all the amazing places to eat on Pine and Gulf. Already looking forward to our stay next year!!

pefect place for along weekend getaway

the stay was great; the house had what we needed-heated swimming pool with a hot tub, putting green, ping pong table, darts and nice sitting areas outside by the pool and on the screened in porch. the best part was the hot tub and outside shower.

Loved It All… Except the Surprise Sauna Pool!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach rental! The home was beautiful, well-kept, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was that the pool heater had been left on during the peak of summer, making the water way too hot to enjoy. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we’d definitely come back!

Wonderful House for First Time AMI’ers

The house was a bargain based on the location and amenities! Anything we needed was either a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive! Perfect location to access either side of the island for the beaches, and the pool was always clean and ready for a dip at any point throughout the day/night!

Nice location beach house

This house is on a great neighborhood on the north end of the island. The one draw back at the moment is the beach you are walking distance to is closed due to the hurricane. The back yard is cute, but you can't heat the hot tub up.

Getaway on Gladiolus

Location was great and the pool was perfect. Front door and door lock needs some work as it didn’t work well. House is great but could use a good deep cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it really is a great place.

Family Getaway

First visit to Anna Marie Island! 11 year old and 16 year old enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. The hot tub was nice to have after a long day. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed short walks to the bay. It was difficult to find parking at some of the beaches and difficult to find restaurants that didn’t have long waits. But all worthwhile experiences! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Perfect house

The house, pool & backyard were wonderful. Perfect for 4 adults & 2 little dogs. Quiet neighborhood close to bayfront, beach & Pine Ave. The hosts thought of everything! Pool toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, the kitchen is fully stocked. We loved our stay & will be back for sure.

Great time on Gladiolus

The house is perfect and very comfortable. We loved the pool and yard. It is a one block walk to the Bayfront Park and beach. It was everything we were hoping for in a vacation rental. The only negative was some problems with wifi, but that was a cable company problem on the island.

GREAT HOUSE!!!

This house is fantastic. We're a family of 5 and this house couldn't have been more perfect for us. The location is great - close enough to Pine to be near shopping but far enough away to be quiet. You do have to drive to the beach, but that wasn't a problem for us as we had a golf cart. The layout of the house is great, beds and couches were SO comfy. The kitchen is stocked well, although they do strip anything from a prior stay - so no spices, coffee filters, etc. Our favorite part was the back yard - it was amazing!!!!! We spent mornings at the beach and afternoons in the pool. We will be back to this house without a doubt.

Excellent Holiday Getaway!

We had such a fabulous Christmas vacation on Gladiolus. The house was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed the screened in porch the most and had our morning coffee there every day. The backyard was a perfect spot for grilling, swimming and playing corn hole. It was not only great for us, but fantastic for our dog. He loved sitting out back for hours. The location was amazing - close to the beach and walking/biking distance to the restaurants and shops on Pine. We will definitely come back!

It went south from the beginning. 1)When I arrived to check in at 4pm, the cleaning person was still cleaning. I wasn't able to get in until after 5pm. No one notified me in advance that it wouldn't be ready.2) I wanted to use the lock box keys instead of having to punch in the code every time I left. I tried the keys, they worked for locking, but then I couldn't remove the key from lock. Finally, I was able to remove the key from lock and decided that was not an option.3) Saturday around 11am, I was going out to the pool and the deadbolt lock on door to the lanai would not open. It had worked earlier, but now it would not open as much as I tried to get it to unlock. Also, the screen door was locked, so I was not able to use the lanai at all after this happened. 4) The lock on the other outside door didn't seem to work to well either.5) Due to the experiences we had with the door locks, we were actually afraid to leave the house not knowing if we would be able to get back in or not. I really think that a partial refund is in order due to what had to endure.

Everything was just as listed and was very clean on arrival. The only issue we had was the lock on the front door was intermittingly not working. Likely due to low batteries.
