Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la playa de Anna María y restaurantes. La casa es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario par una excelentes vaciones de playa. Las camas muy cómodas y suficientes toallas de baño y playa. La piscina estaba un poco sucia.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is in a great location (walking distance to numerous restaurants) and was very clean inside the house. The furnishings were great (beds were comfortable). The pool was dirty and really unusable.Overall, the house is an older home updated with small bed rooms and bathrooms. While the home was clean it was a real downer the the pool was dirty.When you look at the overall cost (rental, cleaning, property management)...Not worth the price!

The property was very nice one this that i would add is on the back doors having the alarms. We have stayed at another house that had the same systems, and they had a button on the outside also you could hit. This silences the alarms when anyone is in the house asleep. The way it is set up you have to open the door and then immediately hit the button.

Great stay!!

We had a great time! Everything was back up and running post hurricane. We did need an umbrella for the back yard/pool, and found a beach one. I’m assuming they just haven’t gotten around to getting a permanent one for the back. My only other complaint was someone opened the door to drop a fire extinguisher off without letting us know they were coming, so it scared my son. A heads up would have been great, or just placed on the porch. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bring anything and everything you could possibly need (salt/pepper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, ice, drinking water, etc.). There are no luxuries for a stress free vacation as it says. You are asked to recycle but only provided one trash bin. The pool area does not look anything like it in real life- no umbrella, not clean at all. We had to clean the pool before we could get in. There are better places to stay on AMI.

Great Stay at Coast Cottage in Beautiful Anna Maria

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation at Coastal Cottage. The house is really nice, with a really nice pool and patio in back. Its location is close to many great places in Anna Maria, just a couple block walk to the beach and not that long of a walk to Anna Maria Pier and all of the restaurants and shops that Pine Ave has to offer, including Ginny and Jane E's and the Sandbar Restaurant. We've already booked Coast Cottage for next year. I also want to mention the great support provided by Florida Dream's Reality. We had a problem with the cable television service. Kevin, who works for Florida Dreams Reality came over right away (on a Sunday) and stayed for a couple of hours until the problem was solved. He couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I would recommend Florida Dreams and their properties to anyone looking for a great stay on Anna Maria Island.

Christmas vacation - 2023

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a rental in Bradenton for 9 days on VRBO. Shortly before we were to arrive we were informed that a ie had broke at our rental and that the rental company was moving us to AMI. The place they assigned us was nowhere near as nice as our rental choice. When contacted about this upon arrival to the cottage on the island we were given an email run around. Then we’re offered an opportunity to vacate the property and would not help us find an acceptable place to stay. Property was run down. Pool pump was broken and so loud. Was replaced 4 days in to our stay. Doors all stuck closed and had to be forced open. Rust present around trim and doors. Lots of little items needing attention. We would not recommend. We have e been visiting AMI area for 14 years as our family lives in Bradenton. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the worst!

All that Pine street has to offer is 3 blocks north.Biggest selling point to us though was the service provided by the Florida Dreams Realtors. We misplaced a sentimental item, realized it after we got home,reached out to them, and they went to the house to look for it. Alas they couldn't find it but not for lack of effort. Hats off to them.

Not knowing what to expect as we have never been to AMI, we booked our home from Florida Dreams. It was perfect! It fit all out needs, was very comfortable, and most importantly, it was very clean. Girls Trip

This was a great house for a couple of ladies. GREAT location, clean, well stocked and enough room to spread out. Pool was a great size and plenty of room to spread out on patio furniture too. Overall a great house. It does need some maintenance. One toilet leaked all over the bathroom making it unusable and the other one the toilet seat wasn’t attached. The lights in the pool didn’t work and the china cabinet piece of furniture’s door fell off when opened and smash my toe. Just small maintenance items would make this house a 5/5.

Needs some TLC

Needs new pillows, hall bath fan, vanity, cabinet upgrade. Suggest grommet curtains for French doors. Broken toilet seat hinge in hall bath. Needs new exterior door out of bathroom. New LED MATCHING bulbs would be a plus. Ceiling fans only have one low speed. Pool deck pool skimmer needs to be leveled major tripping hazard. A little would go a long way at this house.

Super Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Coastal Cottage a week in February, 2023. The cottage is small but adequate. The 3 bedrooms were small but comfortable. The central living area was upgraded with new furniture which was nice and large TV. Kitchen is a bit small and the lighting isn't great (I wish there was a light above or around the sink area). Two bathrooms is a bonus plus outdoor shower but the bathrooms could use a little update and they are both small. Outdoor backyard area was pleasant with a nice pool area and lounge areas. The best part of Costal Cottage is the location!! 1 1/2 blocks from beach and two blocks from Pine Street. Restaurants and shopping near and within walking distance. I would recommend a stay here for a couple but no more than 6 people (adults & children).

AMI Cottage

Adorable cottage in central Anna Maria location…2 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks to Pine Ave shopping district and 4 blocks to City Pier! Home has fully appointed kitchen, backyard pool and all the beach gear you need! The hubs and I and 2 of our adult children enjoyed our vacation immensely! Only thing I would update are the beds :/
