The space
Step inside your private downtown retreat, where historic charm meets modern comfort. This thoughtfully designed suite features a spacious king bed that flows seamlessly into the cozy living area and dining space, creating an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Pensacola.

The original 14–16-foot ceilings in the living room and bathroom add a dramatic sense of space and character, while large windows and open sightlines make the suite feel bright, airy, and welcoming.
Off the living room is the bedroom with lower ceilings to make for a cozier environment for a good night's rest. Blackout blinds installed throughout for added privacy and to prevent the sun from waking you at the early hour if you choose to sleep in! Start your morning with coffee at the high-top dining table overlooking the peaceful back courtyard, or step outside to enjoy the shaded front-yard swing as the city slowly comes to life around you.

Just a few steps up, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette stocked with everything need for a comfortable stay, including a hot plate, refrigerator, microwave, and essential cookware. A private washer and dryer make extended stays easy, while the beautifully renovated bathroom offers plenty of space to refresh and recharge.
Off the kitchenette/laundry area is the full spacious bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet.

One of the best features of this property is the outdoor living space. Enjoy your own covered sitting area just outside the entrance—a perfect spot to cool off with a drink after a day at the beach or downtown. The spacious yard provides plenty of room to soak up the Florida sunshine, read a book, enjoy your morning coffee, or simply relax in the fresh Gulf Coast air.

And because vacations are better with your best friend by your side, your furry companions are welcome too!

Guest access
All areas of your space are for your enjoyment with the exception of the locked owners closet off kitchen/laundry space. Front yard is your private space.
The only potential shared space is the courtyard gardens located between the main house and the guest house. Also, parking is another shared space. Otherwise, you have the entire inside to yourself!

Other things to note
Downtown Cabana is located at the back of main house. Guests can park on the street infront of your fenced entrance. Back yard is a fully fenced garden - please note the plants will vary from season to season!
The main house that sits infront of your space is a 1933 renovation that was completed in 2023-2024! Inquire with your host if you are in need of accommodations for more than 2 guests - space can be viewed by going to host profile and name of space is Majestic Palms (accommodates up to 4 people) or the separate detached Jazz Studio located at the back of property. If you rent all three spaces, you can accommodate a group of 8!
Please notify your host if you will be bringing a pet with you.

PET POLICY**

We welcome dogs with prior host approval. Dogs are the only pets allowed, and a maximum of one dog is permitted per reservation. Please contact the host immediately upon booking and provide your dog's breed and size for approval. Due to the close proximity to other guests, aggressive breeds are not permitted on the property. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside of the room, and owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of all dog waste in the outside trash bins. Please keep dogs off all beds and furniture. Additional cleaning required for pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes on bedding or furnishings may result in an extra cleaning charge.
