The cottage was perfect for what we needed. It was clean well equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as well. We needed to be close to downtown, but it would be an excellent location if needed needed for the beach. Very convenient to the beach downtown the interstate and not too far from shopping and grocery stores of course lots of restaurants. Their neighborhood was also a great place for a walk and if we needed to stay in a place again that would be our choice.

The cottage was very clean and just as the images described. It was nice to have privacy in a separate cottage and a gate. The only downside was having to park far from the entrance to the cottage instead of being able to drive down to it. The cottage was set up for pets, with a separate outdoor trash can for poop bags, and with poop bags provided. The cottage was in a nice area of Pensacola so I felt very comfortable walking our dog after dark, and the sidewalks made it convenient. The host was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We would recommend this stay to any couple wanting a small, private place with a kitchen instead of a hotel room.

Room was clean, great location and Pensacola has so much to offer! There were a few maintenance issues that should be fixed but nothing that impeded our stay! Great spot for dogs, has an enclosed area outside our door!

Great experience!! The place was clean, accurate, and very welcoming. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything. I had my dog with me and the walks were so pleasant. I highly recommend this place for a couples weekend or just you and your pup!

This is a nice place in a central location to all the Pensacola attractions. The house is in a safe, quite neighborhood. The host are friendly and ready for any questions or concerns. Great place to stay.

A very cute cottage extremely private. Cannot see it from the road. Very clean. Great day for one night perfect for one person or a couple. Short drive to the beach easy access to get to. I would highly stay here again and I would highly recommend it.

Not as private as you think due to it being attached to their back patio but still private enough. Didn't get access to wifi until it was time for me to head home due to them not seeing the message on vrbo.Overall stay was wonderful and its in the perfect area especially if you have dogs.We will be back!

Our stay

We were very lucky to find this property. Was 2 blocks away from family who live in the neighborhood. We did not need to cook meals there. If so, we would have found a place with a range as this one did not have one. Owners were easy to get a hold of and anything we needed was there in a timely manner. Only wish there was another chair to watch tv as there were 2 of us and only one livingroom chair. There was an indoor table and 2 chairs to eat a meal at. A very fair price per night for the property which we were very comfortable with paying. Plan on staying there again in the future!

Studio cottage

This is a cute DIY property located behind the owners house. It has private fencing around it. Pros: location, cleanliness, beach chairs and beach towels provided, strong shower, quaint. Cons: overwhelming air freshener- headache as soon as we walked in but after unplugging it and leaving for a while it was ok. The bed was very soft and sagged in the middle making sleep difficult.No dishwasher. This is a studio property- hard to tell that from photos. We thought it was 1 separate bedroom.
