Step inside, and you will be spoiled by the natural light throughout, high-end furnishings, and coastal decor. After a full day at the beach, whip up a tasty dinner by the pool using the shared gas grills or whip up more complex recipes in the full kitchen complete with gorgeous countertops and all of the appliances and tools needed. Not to mention, chilling on the patio or the private balcony can be the perfect way to enjoy the sunset and finish each day on a relaxing note.



Perched alongside the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, you will be able to tee up in no time for a memorable round of 18, so bring your clubs along! If the sand is calling your name, Waikōloa Beach is just over a mile away where you can post up for a picnic on the shore, swim, or snorkel. Plus, when you want to grab a bite to eat or explore the local shops in town, you can make your way a mile to the main drag of the area.

The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The unit is close to the tennis court, fitness room and main pool. The pool is lovely; our only complaint would be the pool loungers are not comfortable and there are no side tables so you have to put your drink and book etc on the ground. The are over 150 units with only 1 jacuzzi so it can get busy in the evening. The location is good, close to nice shops and restaurants. There are great beaches nearby and easy access to the Saddle Rd. that goes to Hilo and the Volcano park.

Perfect place to stay for families!

Great location and size of the home/condo for family if 5-6 people. Access to the stores, pool, golf and beach in very short proximity. If you looking for beach views it’s in walking distance, but not directly in view.

This condo was clean and well equipped for our family of four. Enough cookware in the kitchen to make meals, beach toys, beach towels and even tennis and pickleball rackets. Would stay again.

Very pleasant!

Lovely 2 bedroom condo in quiet gated community. Kitchen well stocked and MOST appreciated were the many beach items, including towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids - and much more. Close to shops and beaches. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient to Hapuna, Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea and A bay. Great home base for exploring the island. Our family was super comfortable and the property management went above and beyond when we needed to solve a problem. Easy to recommend!

The unit itself is very clean and had all dishes and kitchen appliances we needed. It is in an excellent location: right by the pool and tennis courts. The complex is very quiet, grounds are well kept and all people we met were friendly (both guests and staff). This is the perfect place for a family vacation.

Spacious and clean

We appreciated the personal touches and were impressed with the property overall. Everything was clean, and when we had a minor issue, management responded immediately even though it was early morning. I do wish that the building number was provided after booking, because we had trouble finding it.

Better than expected

I don’t mean to imply in the title that I was expecting less, it was WAY better than the pictures. My family walked into the condo and I think we collectively dropped our jaws. Just beautiful. We have rented all over the Hawaiian islands for almost two decades and we all agreed that it is the nicest condo we have ever stayed at. Very clean, very well appointed, easy check in/out. Thanks to Vacasa for a very modest priced late check out. We are still staying on island and that helped tremendously. Pool/spa area was fantastic and this unit catches the morning sunrise with the birds, truly the best alarm clock available.

Relaxing Vacation but needs some repairs.

The project, Waikoloa Colony Villas, was very beautiful. The grounds were immaculately kept and Management was very friendly. The unit was decorated very nicely. The A/C worked beautifully. The washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus! A couple suggestions: The front door "main entry" pull screen is broken and needs to be replaced; the first floor patio door blinds are broken and do not turn; the master bedroom patio blinds are also broken and do not work correctly; the unit needs more cooking utensils (1 spatula!); the kitchen needs another set of pots and pans and bakeware. Also, the dishwasher works fine but the top shelf has a broken rusted part. Oh, also the unit has little ants. I suggest getting quarterly service for bugs. Other than that the unit was very nice. The furniture and decorations were top notch. The unit was very relaxing and family friendly. Thank you.

VRBO BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE IS A FLAT-OUT LIE. TWO STORY NON-ACCESSIBLE UNIT SHOWN AS GROUND FLOOR

The description and photos of the unit are carefully written to give the impression that there are no stairs. The unit is on the ground floor. The ENTRY is on the ground floor, but the bedrooms are on the second floor requiring a 25-stair climb up a double staircase. ONE PHOTO of 39 shows a tiny portion of a railing which can be a decorative feature or the landing of a staircase. An HONEST photo would show the railing and stairs clearly. A truly accurate photo would show the stairs clearly by shooting the whole first tier of the staircase. The upstairs bedrooms' views could clearly show the second-floor view rather than being ambiguous as far as drop-off first floor vs. an actual second floor. The no-stairs entry is a flat-out LIE, there is a stair up to the main floor. There are two dangerous stairs from the kitchen to the dining room which are almost invisible. VRBO BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE IS A FLAT-OUT LIE. VRBO said the DOLLHOUSE VIEW IN THE VIRTUAL TOUR SHOWS THE STAIRCASE, THEREFORE NO MISREPRESENTATION AND NOT VRBO'S PROBLEM. VRBO carefully omits the LOCATION of the BEDROOMS as being on the second floor. The property description carefully omits any mention of a second floor. If you aren't using a mobility scooter and can climb stairs
