Our accomodations were every bit as the pictures portrayed and more. Amazing property! Amenities! And all the comforts if home. The host kept in touch when needed and easy to contact through the VRBO App. This is a must stay in Princeville

The location was nice. The views were excellent. The Condo was furnished nicely and the bed was comfortable. The complex was quiet and private. There is no air conditioning but the windows and doors open and have screens.

Property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and had everything needed to be home away from home. Location was great - close to shopping and restaurants. Community amenities were accessible and clean. Would definitely recommend to other and would stay here again.

Alii Kai Resort

Beautiful view and a very well-equipped apartment, but the neighbors upstairs were very loud, which was quite disturbing at night. A pity — otherwise, it would have been a perfect location.

Kauai in Princeville

We loved our stay here! Quiet neighborhood, clean unit, efficient communication, and all the amenities we needed! Beautiful view from every window. We loved all of the provided beach chairs, snorkel masks, and towels, too. The full kitchen made cooking at home a breeze! We'd love to stay here again on return to Kauai :)

Loved our stay in Princeville

This condo was the perfect place for our Kauai get away! It was exactly as pictured/described and better in person. The unit had everything we needed… and it even had snorkel gear :) There’s no A/C but the ocean breezes and fans kept us comfortable. With ocean views out every window, it was just beautiful and so close to everything we love in the Princeville/Hanalei area. Thanks for such a great place to stay and relax!

Princeville Condo

Great view. Spacious condo. Wonderful shower. Very comfortable bed. Beach chairs nice. Well stocked kitchen and baths. Nice having 2 bathrooms, but the second bathroom doesn't have a shower, just the jetted tub. Good to have the laundry in unit.

A tropical paradise!

We highly recommend this condo! The views were spectacular — you could listen to waves, feel the ocean breeze, and wale watch from any room and the walkout seating. The room was even nicer in real life than the pictures showed — it was clean and well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies, and the customer service staff from Vacasa were responsive, friendly, and helpful. Also, we saw other reviews that complained about the washer and dryer - they must have upgraded since then because the washer and dryer were full-sized and we were able to wash and dry large loads easily.

Beauty galore

This property is way more beautiful than we expected. Gorgeous setting with full oceanview. Lovely furnishings and decent bed. That’s also the downside because the waves are fairly noisy when the wind kicks up (which is often). Not a place for active kids with glass tables everywhere. Exceykitchen. Add a few more towel hooks in the bathroom and it’s perfect.

The condo is nicely updated with contemporary furnishings. The views from the bedroom and living areas are stunning. The ocean facing backyard with the nenes and roosters was equally gorgeous. We even saw some whales while sitting on the backyard chairs. The huge shower in the en-suite bathroom was very therapeutic and relaxing. The condo was nicely stocked with beach gear and towels. The washer and dryer were sizable and convenient for laundering our swimsuits. One recommendation we have is to get rid of the glasses or kitchenware that are stained or worn. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great, airy and light apartment!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Alii Kai. The views from the apartment and the grounds are outstanding. It was lovely to be able to step out onto the lawn, to watch the sunrise, or sunset! The apartment has everything you need for the stay: nice kitchen, washer and dryer, lovely shower and bath, and even beach chairs and umbrella. We had excellent weather, so we were able to explore a whole bunch of the north side of Kauai. The apartment's location is excellent, with stores and restaurants, and beaches nearby, and has easy access to the main highway - which allows treks to Hanalei and beaches and hikes further west. The communication from Vacasa was also excellent - we had absolutely no difficulties throughout the booking process, and during our stay.

Beautifully Equipped

This condo is the best equipped condo we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed. It has two coffee makers—one regular and a Keurig. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and even a small cooler (which needs to be replaced but serviceable). The kitchen was extremely well stocked with utensils and tableware. Paper products provided—T.P. And paper towels. Dishwasher soap and detergent were also provided. The property manager, Barbara, was extremely responsive to all concerns. The views from every room were fabulous. We saw whales everyday! We would love to stay here again if we ever return to Kauai.

The listing made no mention that the unit doesn't have AC, as some one whom suffers from outdoor allergens this was a serious problem. GPS doesn't have the correct location for the unit, it puts you about 2 blocks away. The listing also doesn't mention the stairs, you would assume if the beach is right out the back door it would be ground level, well it is but the parking lot is not, you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to this unit. We found a few live roaches. The sliding screen door doesn't work properly and untracks often when trying to open or close it. There is not screen for the front door, which opening that door allowed for the breeze to flow in, to cool the place. The fees on this unit are ridiculous all things considered. It is pimped out by a third party property manager (Vacasa), they are over charging for the property and it's condition. I'm very disappointed and feel like I got cheated
