The spacious living area forms the heart of the apartment. A comfortable sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for two people, while the fireplace creates a warm and cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler days. The open-concept kitchen is practically equipped and invites you to cook together and round off your day with a cozy dinner.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double box-spring bed as well as a pull-out armchair for one additional person. The second bedroom is also furnished with a high-quality box-spring double bed, ensuring restful nights.

For added comfort, there are two bathrooms: one with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and another with a shower and toilet.

Wi-Fi and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant living environment. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in a separate room.

Pets are welcome, but smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A parking space right next to the building ensures a convenient arrival.
