Wasserturm Spreewitz

A water tower built in 1957 has been converted into a vacation rental that accommodates up to 10 people. It is spread across three separate, apartment-style levels, accessible either by elevator or a spiral staircase. Historic elements of the water tower are still visible, and from the high-ceilinged rooms, you have a direct view of the surrounding trees.
Bicycles can be securely stored inside the water tower. Parking and Wi-Fi are available to guests.



Spreewitz Water Tower:

Spread across two living levels, guests have access to one separate bedroom on each level, as well as a loft with single beds or a convertible bed for two people on each level. The loft (with limited ceiling height) is accessible from the living area of each level via a staircase.
Two additional guests stay on a level equipped with a double bed. All living units feature tastefully furnished bathrooms with a walk-in shower, toilet, and a sink with a mirror.
Modern, sophisticated furnishings with various stylistic elements round out the interior design of the rooms.
The elevator goes up to the 4th level; from there, guests must climb a few steps to reach the large living room with custom kitchen furniture. A large dining table invites all guests to sit down. The furnishings also include a sofa and a large fireplace that provides cozy warmth on cold days.
On the first level, there is a guest restroom, as well as a room with a seating area and a large smart TV for entertainment.
The terrace is situated at a lofty height, where guests can enjoy a sweeping view of the countryside, far above the treetops. A hot tub, set up during the summer months, makes a stay on hot days a truly special experience.
Important: Towels are not provided.

Minimum rental period: 3 days; base rate for up to 6 people: 300 euros per day; for the 7th through 10th person: 30 euros per day per person; use of a crib: 15 euros per day. Discount for rentals of 7 days or more: 30 euros per day off the total price. Included in the price: parking, Wi-Fi with Smart TV, linens, and final cleaning.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
