Welcome to the bright, 53 m² "Insel" vacation apartment! It’s located on the mezzanine level with a lovely south-facing balcony and sleeps 4 people. It’s just a 200 m walk to the promenade and the beach!

The apartment is accessible via a few steps and consists of a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment features underfloor heating.

One of the bedrooms has space for a travel crib, which can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

A parking space is reserved for you. There is a communal bike rack behind the house.


Complex:

The “AUSZEIT” house in Kellenhusen has four vacation apartments and is located on a residential street, about 200 m away, roughly halfway between the beach and the forest.

Supermarkets and restaurants are located both at the entrance to the town and near the promenade and are within walking distance.

The beach offers a wide variety of sports and recreational activities, ensuring that children will remember their stay for a long time and want to come back again and again.

The balconies and terraces at “Auszeit” face south, so they enjoy sun all day long. The barbecue area with a lawn for sunbathing, located to the west of the buildings, offers the chance to barbecue and relax in the sunshine even in the evening hours.

Please note that all apartments in the complex are accessible via a staircase with 6 steps. All apartments at “Auszeit” have shower pans.

We provide one parking space per apartment, located directly in front of AUSZEIT.

In the area behind the houses, which is not visible from the street, we have set up two large bike racks and a rotary clothesline.
