Welcome to “Kleine Aussicht,” your cozy retreat in Westerland.

This newly renovated apartment is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Sylt. Its unique location on the 8th floor (elevator available) offers you a soothing view of the sea and a panoramic view of the northern part of the island.

With 36 square meters of space, you’ll find everything you need for an unforgettable time on the island. The modern and stylishly furnished
apartment accommodates up to two people, making it ideal for couples and solo travelers. You’ll find a brightly designed living, dining, and sleeping area that invites you to relax on the comfortable couch, among other things. A cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) ensures a comfortable night’s sleep
. The unique dining table, positioned next to the large casement window, invites you to enjoy cozy, culinary moments.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. With an induction stove, a combination oven and microwave, a refrigerator
with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher, you’ll be perfectly equipped. A kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster round out the kitchen appliances perfectly.

The bathroom, which has also been renovated, features a shower, a toilet, a large sink, and heated floors. You can also conveniently wash your clothes in the top-loading washing machine.

The vacation rental is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a radio, and a modern flat-screen TV. On the small balcony, you can also relax on the patio furniture and enjoy the magnificent view of the sea or the sunset over the North Sea.

Children are welcome. “Kleine Aussicht” is a smoke-free property. Pets are not permitted.

Das Büro Brünig, hat alle Möglichkeiten angeboten um die passende Zeit u. Appartment für meinen Urlaub in Westerland zu finden, dafür bedanke ich mich sehr. Ich habe mich rund herum in meinem Appartement wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr gute Ausstattung hat dazu beigetragen. Die Ruhe, in dem gesamten Haus und die wunderbare Aussicht bedeutete für mich ERHOLUNHMG. perfekt ad hoc hätte ich gesagt "das buche ich wieder", aber leider ist der Balkon nicht nutzbar wegen der Möwen (auch kein Schutz nach oben) und zu klein nahezu komplett, es fehlt vielleicht ein kleines Obst-Schälmesser, Platz-Sets für den Frühstückstisch und ein kleiner Abfall-Eimer im Bad die Lage und die Aussicht

Nett eingerichtetes Appartment. Sehr coole Aussicht. Super ruhig gelegen am aussersten Eck und im obersten Stock des Hauses. Tolle Lage zum Strand und Innenstadt von Westerland. Kurzer Weg zur nächsten Busstation und nur 10Min bis zum Bahnhof zu Fuss. :-)
