The spacious bathroom is located just to the left of the entrance and has a shower and a bidet. In the living room you will find the large fold-out double bed with satellite TV and a comfortable sofa. Opposite the bed is a large corner cupboard with mirror and a table with chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen including oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster offers you enough space and possibilities for self-catering.

In front of the studio flat there is a cosy terrace surrounded by the surrounding houses of the old town. Here you can relax on the comfortable deckchairs and enjoy the moment or enjoy your meal at the outdoor table with chairs.

The terrace is the perfect place to relax and unwind after an active day at the lake or other activities. Sit back and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere and experience first-hand the charm of the old town of Gravedona.

A free public car park is located 90 metres from the accommodation. If you arrive by electric car, there is a charging station just 750 metres away.

The beaches in the area are shallow and covered with pebbles and stones. They are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing while enjoying the crystal clear water. A special highlight is the small beach called Spiaggia Mazzagallo about 100 m away at Palazzo Gallio, which is a real gem due to its seclusion and tranquillity. The nearest beach is only a 15-minute walk behind Palazzo Gallio or you can also walk to the small port of Porticciolo, which is only a 10-minute walk away. There you can enjoy the sun and the sea in a private atmosphere. Two bicycles are available to guests free of charge for the entire stay.
