Escape to the peaceful countryside at Inner Banks Farm & Vineyard, where our Lamanto and Blanc Du Bois 1 bedroom cottages offer a quiet farm stay surrounded by grapevines, open sky, and the slower rhythm of Eastern North Carolina.

Located about 20 minutes from both Downtown New Bern and Oriental, our cottages are tucked toward the back of our working farm and vineyard. Guests can enjoy the beauty of the vineyard, the charm of the farm, and easy access to the restaurants, shops, waterfront, and historic attractions of New Bern and Oriental.

The cottages are private, peaceful, and thoughtfully placed to give guests a relaxing retreat while still being close enough to enjoy a day in town. Whether you are visiting for a weekend getaway, a wedding, a festival, a family visit, a romantic escape, or simply a quiet place to unwind, this is a special little corner of the Inner Banks.

As you arrive from Neuse Road, you will see the vineyard from the road and follow the gravel drive into the property. The gravel road runs in front of the vineyard and continues toward the back of the farm, where the cottages are located. Guest parking is clearly marked near the cottage area.

Each cottage has its own designated parking space and peaceful setting. Please park only in the designated guest parking area for your cottage. To help protect the farm, vineyard, and guest areas, vehicles should not be driven past the marked timber barrier near the tiny home entrance and barns.

During your stay, you may see the everyday life of the farm around you. Depending on the season, the vineyard may be full of new growth, green leaves, grape clusters, or the golden colors of harvest. You may also hear the sounds of sheep, chickens, ducks, turkeys, or other farm animals nearby. It is part of the charm of staying on a working farm.

This is a wonderful place to slow down. Sip coffee in the morning, take in the vineyard views, watch the sunset, enjoy the quiet, and reconnect with the simple things. At night, the farm feels peaceful and tucked away, with open skies and the gentle sounds of the countryside.

The location gives you the best of both worlds. You can spend the day exploring historic Downtown New Bern, visiting local shops, walking along the waterfront, touring Tryon Palace, or enjoying one of the many festivals and events in the area. You can also head toward Oriental, known as the sailing capital of North Carolina, for waterfront dining, boating, fishing, and small-town coastal charm.

Guests who love the outdoors will enjoy the farm setting, the nearby waterways, and the relaxed pace of Pamlico County. Guests who want a quiet retreat will appreciate being away from traffic and crowds while still close to restaurants, groceries, local attractions, and day trips.

Please keep in mind that this is a rural farm and vineyard property. You may encounter gravel roads, uneven ground, grass, insects, wildlife, farm sounds, and the normal activity that comes with country living. We do our best to keep the guest areas peaceful, clean, and welcoming while preserving the natural feel of the farm.
