The former apartment hotel, consisting of two hotel towers, houses modern vacation apartments managed by an in-house vacation rental company, allowing guests to enjoy the freedom and independence of a vacation apartment while also experiencing the comfort of a hotel.
Check-in and check-out are handled at the front desk, where you’ll also receive your spa passes.
In addition to dining options, the property offers numerous sports and recreational activities. Use of the large indoor swimming pool is free of charge; the sauna is available for a fee. A challenging mini-golf course, a wonderful toboggan run, a playground, and archery courses are located right next to the building.

Hohegeiß (610 m) is the highest-altitude health resort in the Harz Mountains and one of the most snow-reliable winter sports destinations, featuring its own ski center, several ski lifts, ski runs, toboggan runs, and an extensive network of groomed cross-country trails.
In summer, Hohegeiß’s central location makes it the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions throughout the Harz Mountains.
The non-smoking vacation apartment has been completely renovated and is equipped with very modern, high-quality furnishings. It is a non-smoking apartment with a spacious living and dining area. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable leather sofa set (with a sleeper function for 2 people), a large flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a high-quality new kitchen with a dishwasher. The very attractive kitchen leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities. The bedroom features a very comfortable, electrically adjustable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a large wardrobe, and another TV. The chic, new, modern bathroom with a shower, bidet, and heated towel rack rounds out the vacation rental. The entire apartment is allergy-friendly and features high-gloss, aesthetically pleasing granite flooring.
