The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven with a built-in microwave, a refrigerator with a built-in freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of dishes. We hope we’ve thought of everything; we’re always grateful for suggestions and reviews in our guestbook.
Between the kitchen and the living room, there’s a dining area for 4 people.
The cozy sofa with two reading lamps invites you to relax and, if needed, can easily be converted into a permanent bed (140 x 200 cm) with a high-quality mattress and slatted frame. You’ll find the pillows and blankets in the large under-bed storage compartment. The built-in wall unit features a closet and display cabinet, a TV stand with a 49-inch TV, and a stereo system. The floor is covered with high-quality designer flooring.
On the balcony, complete with a parasol, table, and chairs, you can enjoy the morning sun and take in the beautiful ocean view even while having breakfast.

The bedroom is furnished with a sliding-door closet (1.50), a double bed (1.60 x 2.00), and nightstands with lamps. The sides of the mattress have different firmness levels.
You also have a great view of the beach and the water from the bedroom.

The shower room features a towel warmer, a closet, shelves, and a hair dryer.
A vacuum cleaner, brooms, and other cleaning supplies, as well as ample space for suitcases, etc., are available in the storage closet.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor. An elevator is available.
The building features a newly renovated swimming pool, a sauna, a laundry room, and a room with a ping-pong table.
The sauna, washing machine, and dryer operate with coin-operated machines.
The parking space assigned to the apartment is located across the street from the building, where you can conveniently park your vehicle after unloading. Free Wi-Fi!
